Mr. Irvine is a member of the firm and practices in the firm’s Daphne, Alabama, office. His practice emphasizes business, insurance, real estate and class action litigation.

Mr. Irvine graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1981 with academic distinction and received his law degree from the University of Alabama in 1984.

Prior to joining the firm in 1988, he worked with a large law firm in New Orleans representing corporate defendants in litigation. Mr. Irvine continues to be extensively involved in major commercial and real estate litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has been co-lead plaintiff’s counsel in several national class actions and has litigated in several complex business litigation matters to judgment.

Mr. Irvine is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Louisiana. He is a member of the Mobile County Bar Association, the Baldwin County Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Irvine is a member of the American Association for Justice and is admitted to practice in both the Fifth and Eleventh Federal Circuit Courts, the Southern Middle and Northern District Courts of Alabama and the Eastern and Western District Courts of Louisiana. He is listed in 2008 Alabama edition of Super Lawyer in business litigation.

Mr. Irvine is actively involved in raising his four children and takes great pleasure in their participation in football, basketball, soccer, cheerleading, and scouting. Mr. Irvine served on active duty in the U. S. Army as a Captain during Operation Desert Storm.
